Meet Your Nurse Navigator

Every patient is assigned a nurse navigator to provide one-on-one support.

What is a Nurse Navigator?

Nurse navigators are registered nurses who help you through your diagnosis, treatment and recovery.

How Do They Support Patients?

  • Help patients understand treatment plans and terminology
  • Schedule tests and appointments
  • Find support groups
  • Offer emotional support
  • Set up counseling appointments
  • Help patients ease into recovery

Start Your First Appointments

The earlier we see you, the better.

We want treatment to start as soon as possible. Your nurse navigator will handle scheduling appointments so you can get them as quickly as possible.
