Getting Your ID Badge

All vendors must have an ID badge in order to access any of our facilities.

Required Documentation

Vaccination Records

This can be documentation from:

  • A health care provider
  • Electronic health record
  • State immunization record

 If you want to be exempt from certain vaccinations, you will need to send an exemption letter from your employer. 

Picking Up Your ID Badge

Once approved, you can pick up your ID badge at our Public Safety office. You do not need an appointment to get your ID. The process usually takes 5–10 minutes.

Items to Bring

We will take your photo and print your new ID badge after verifying your identity. Please bring with you: 

  • A valid form of identification (drivers license, state ID card, etc.) 
  • Your current red-striped vendor badge (if applicable)
