My mom is 94 years old. Doctor Tyler Thornton Was excellent in his care for my mom. He is an exceptional Eye Doctor. Friendly and really care about his patients. Very Patient and attentive to detail. Many doctors can learn from him on how to show concern, care, and patience with the elderly patients. Thank you Doctor Tyler. It shows who you are as a person, and not just holding the title in your profession. I will be seeing you again.

Dr Bethany Bray was attentive, obviously knowledgable about various eye issues and treatments, and immediately set up a retinal specialist to see me the next morning! I appreciate her skill and sense of urgency, and caring approach! The Tech was also excellent, very skilled doing my baskc eye condition. Then entire staff was very nice and helpful, and the man in the glasses shop fixed my glasses that had been broken a year! in like 5min! Wow how helpful everyone was! Highly recommend this group and Doctor!
Doctor was very rude. I felt like I was being lectured like a child rather than spoken to like a patient. I was cut off before I could finish explaining and do not feel like my concern was addressed.

Dr. Bray and her staff is amazing. I actually look forward to my annual visit for the fun small talk and thorough explanations. She is friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Then she shows me all my tests and pictures on the screen and explains each one. She keeps me informed of my vision status with a great attitude. She is such an asset to Lexington Health!! What a cast of all stars! I have very recently seen both Doctors Spittler and Ophthalmologist in their related but distinct areas of expertise. I rank both ELEVEN OUT OF TEN for fund of knowledge, as well as bedside manner! But they would be weak without their unusually competent and caring support staff! Special kudos to Ophthalmic staff. Each of them are clearly experts with what they do, and handled this cranky old goat, one who never stops asking questions,, with courtesy and aplomb! Front desk ladies are great too! Thanks to all.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
