  Mr. Brandon Boyd did a wonderful job at introducing himself to me, and also at getting to know me personally beyond my medical chart data. He made it easy because he?d already done his due diligence in reading my chart and history prior to the appointment. I felt that, as a NP, he has much better bedside manner than a typical MD. He was very mentally present during the appointment and attentive when I spoke. He allowed me to lead the visit with my thoughts and concerns instead of steering the appointment in a one-size-fits-all approach that providers tend to do with patients. When discussing uncomfortable symptoms, such as breast discharge, I felt completely comfortable with him and his professionalism. Each topic of mine was thoroughly discussed and treatment plans were properly created. I appreciate the time he spent with me.

  We got to see NP Brandon Boyd. What a great visit. We are definitely switching to Boyd. He handled my 93 yr. old mother with genuine care and concern. He explained to her what was happening and why.

  Brandon is very thorough. In his examination of my ears he explained everything he saw. He gave options of meds to add to what I was doing. He is very easy to talk with and to understand exactly what he is saying. I will highly recommend Brandon to anyone.
