Dr. Smith was so kind to me. I have a lot of anxiety in doctors offices and the thorough explanation of everything that was going on in her gentle and understanding tone really calmed me that day. I have thought back on how pleased I was with my interaction with her several times since my appointment and am glad I get to share my great experience.

I was Treated Very Well I Was Greeted At The Front Desk With A Smile My BP Taken With Kindness I Was Taken To The Examination Room With Kindness The Mammogram Went Well A Very Gentle Person Was There Explaining Every Time She Touched Me Dr Smith Always Explaining What She Will Be Doing To Me And She Is So Polite Best Staff Ever Keep Smiling Everybody And Keep Up The Good Work.

I felt rushed. I had an issue that turned out to be possibly alarming (and distressing to me) and I don’t feel like I had enough time to absorb the info or ask questions. Doctor didn’t seem to pick up on my distress.

Dr.Smith and the whole team are very nurturing and compassionate. I don't feel rushed or judged when explaining concerns or asking questions. I always receive thorough answers and Dr.Smith pulls out all of the stops to find the root of an issue and not just treat the symptoms <3.
