His nurse and Dr. Thompson are a great team and are always very detailed in their explanations of my concerns? I they definitely provide quality care which is something you don?t find anymore in Patient Care unfortunately.
Dr. Keister is always very thorough in her treatment of me during my visits and explains things in great detail. So happy that I picked her as my physician.

Waited quite a while for both the nurse and the doctor to enter the room, was disappointed in how long the wait time was. Both providers were very nice, professional and kind though once they arrived.
Dr Keister has been a great partner in every step of my gynecological care - and was brilliant with my hysterectomy. I had no pain to speak of and only mild discomfort. Her quality - and quantity - of care was astounding.
First off, made an appt. For me the DAY I called. So thankful for this because this was not an ER situation, more of an uncomfortable, painful feeling.

Was a little shocked to get letter regarding [...] retirement two weeks before my scheduled appointment. Fortunately they were able to get me in the same day with Courtnie. She was wonderful.

Dr. Estes was so great and very helpful during my appointment. Amazing bed side manners and great personality. He was joyful and educational. I appreciate him and his staff for welcoming me as a new patient and I look forward to be cared by this office in the future.
Dr. Estes was the first doctor I've had in 8 years to actually sit down, looking at my entire history, take his time explaining things and provided space/time for me to talk with him and ask questions. I finally didn't feel like i was being rushed or was bothering the doctor with my concerns. His entire team and the LWC staff were super polite and helpful. Although it's an hoir drive from my house I am very happy with my decision on going to LWC!
The entire team was extremely friendly and kind. Office was very clean and inviting. I enjoyed my visit very much and will continue to use this office as my primary gyn and eventually will use them as my ob in the future
I would just recommend that doctors and nurses slow down their speech a little bit, keeping in mind that while they know what they're talking about, with patients are not as familiar, therefore information should be delivered keeping in mind that it's new to us patients
I’m currently pregnant and all the OB’s have been wonderful especially Dr. Chapman. The front desk, nurses and ultrasound techs always seem to be happy about there job and give the best experience when I talk to them.
As soon as seven days before an appointment, you can complete eCheck-in through MyChart. You can update information and electronically sign documents before your appointment to make the check-in process faster.
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.
Come early to update any necessary information. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule.
Let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel.
Please do your best to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel three times without advance notice, we may dismiss you from our practice.
Payment will be due at the time of your appointment.
Payment is due the day of service, including copayments, coinsurance and any other charges. If your care isn't covered by insurance, you are entitled to a 50% discount.

Prescription Refills
Call and leave a message with your name, date of birth, prescription and strength, along with your doctor’s name and your pharmacy’s name and number. Allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process the refill. We won't contact you about the request unless there is a problem.
We cannot refill some prescriptions.
You may be required to see your provider before we can refill your medication. We also do not accept refill requests from local or mail-order pharmacies—you must request these refills.
Test Results
You can receive timely notifications and view lab results from tests you’ve had done through MyChart. Test results should be available within 7 to 10 business days.
Allow up to 7 days for your referral to go through. Once it does, our office or the specialist's office will call you with your appointment information. If you make your own appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can obtain any prior authorizations that may be required.
Forms
Due to the volume of forms we process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete them. There may also be a charge for completing your form, or your provider may require that you come in for an office visit for assistance in completing your form.

You can exchange messages with your providers and read doctor’s notes from recent visits in MyChart. Keep messages short and to the point. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
